Terms of Service

By accessing or using Test It NPPE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Ridgeline Credentials Group, based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Test It NPPE is an online exam preparation platform designed to help users prepare for the National Professional Practice Exam (NPPE). The Service provides educational content including lessons, practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, and AI-powered study tools.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans require a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available under our Pass Guarantee policy for eligible paid plan users (Pro or Premium). See our Guarantee page for full details.

Because paid plans are one-time purchases and not recurring subscriptions, there is no subscription to cancel. Your access to the purchased plan continues for the duration specified at checkout. If you are eligible for a refund under our Pass Guarantee, you may submit a claim through the Guarantee Claim page.

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, allow multiple people to use a single account, scrape or download bulk content from the Service, or use the Service to build a competing product. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

All content on Test It NPPE, including text, questions, explanations, images, and software, is the property of Ridgeline Credentials Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment information in accordance with its own security and compliance standards.

Test It NPPE is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Engineers Canada, Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC), the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), or any other provincial or territorial engineering association. The NPPE is administered by Engineers Canada and its member associations. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the NPPE, except under the specific terms of our Pass Guarantee policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Ridgeline Credentials Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
